Healthy Diet Tips

“My diet has always been pretty consistent, I have never deprived myself of foods that I enjoy, rather I eat them in moderation.  My eating habits changed when I reached the age of 35.  I now watch my carbohydrate intake, I have dramatically cut back on eating bread and pasta. Now I eat a lot of protein rich foods.

I typically eat a small breakfast, like a nutrition bar and a cup of tea.For lunch I eat a salad, then around 3 o’clock I have a nutrition bar for a snack.  I consistently eat some type of fish for dinner, my favorites are: salmon, halibut, sea bass, snapper and tuna. The final tip I have is to eat the real thing!

I feel that your body knows how to process real butter, sugar, salt etc…so I think it is perfectly fine to eat those items! I feel that you should be able to eat what you like, the main thing that you should focus on is controlling the amount that you are eating.”
