Grilled
Halibut
2 – 4 halibut fillets
Juice of 2 – 4 lemons (depending
on the number of fillets you will be preparing. Allot the juice of one lemon
for each fillet)
Salt & pepper
Season the fillets with salt
and pepper to taste and add the lemon juice, then refrigerator the fillets for
45 minutes so they can marinade. Spray
grill with olive oil and grill the halibut for 10 minutes on each side turning
once. Top with Avocado Kiwi Salsa and
serve with fresh greens.
