Rope for Strong Bones!!! Jumping
rope builds strong bones in adult women and teenagers that can set the
stage for a lifetime of good health.Women achieve peak bone mass when
they reach 20-25 years of age. After that, they lose a little
bone mass each year. Your exercise program should help you build
as much bone mass as possible when you’re young and maintain it as you
age. Few forms of exercise are
better for building and preserving bone mass than jumping rope. University of Arizona researchers, Mark Arnett
and Bob Lutz found that jumping rope increased hipbone density in high
school age girls. Rope jumping
strengthens bones in the spine and lower leg that are easily fractured
when you get older. Jumping
rope regularly develops strong bones that will serve you well for the
rest of your life. Not to mention how fabulous your arms and back
will be from all the strength you have built from swinging that rope
around! Workout

for introducing me to The Firm Body Sculpting System twelve years ago.
Kitty and her brother Peter won the 1984 Silver Olympic Medal for pairs
skating and I have always admired their physical condition so she really
inspired me to try these tapes!” - DC
