Classic Cobb Salad
Lettuce leaves, Romaine or Boston
Cooked chicken breast, diced
Salt Pepper
1 tomato, diced
2 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 hard boiled eggs, diced
¼ cup olive oil
1 red onion, diced
1 garlic clove, minced
1 green pepper, diced
4 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled
Wash and dry lettuce and season with salt and pepper.
In small bowl combine vinegar, oil and garlic. Pour over greens and toss. Arrange
on plate. Arrange all other ingredients in a pattern or in a straight line over
greens. Serve
