½ cup fresh dill, chopped, divided

¼ pound unsalted butter, melted

2 lemons

1 lime

1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce (optional)

Olive oil

Salt & pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350°.  Cut 3-inch strips of salmon with your filet knife.  Chop dill very fine and set aside.  Season both sides of salmon with salt and pepper to taste.  Lightly coat a baking pan with olive oil.  Place salmon filets in pan.  In a medium microwave safe bowl, melt butter in microwave.  Add juice of 2 lemons, lime and Tabasco sauce.  Mix well.  Coat each salmon filet generously. Sprinkle chopped dill over each piece.  Bake in oven for 12-15 minutes.  Put oven to broil and finish by broiling until top of salmon is golden brown.
