Worked
with the HEB Corporation to donate to Habitat for Humanity. Through
the Foundation she and her husband donated canned goods to The Houston
Food Bank. Participated in and was the Honorary Chair of the Fort
Bend Junior Service League Golf Tournament benefiting The Rainbow
Room. Participated in the Harold’s In the Heights-Houston Anniversary
event which highlighted her JacketHappy line. Appeared on the cover
of the Premier Issue of Texas Family Magazine in February 2006. Appeared
on Sport’s
off Center with Craig Roberts to promote her new JacketHappy designs
for winter 2006 and participated in the Houston Livestock Show and
Rodeo BBQ cook-off. Co-hosted Wild about Houston with Jan Glenn and
Lara Bell where they presented her new spring line of jackets.
2005
Participated in various events where her Jacket Happy line
of denim jackets were featured, including The Bellagio - Las Vegas;
Harold’s in the Heights - Houston and the Houston Livestock and
Rodeo.
Coordinated the surprise donation of a condominium for a family in Houston
in partnership with the BBC production of “While You Were Out”

Chaired
the SBEF Crystal Apple Awards gala at which deserving teachers from
the community are honored.
Member of the Board of Directors of the Spring Branch Education Foundation
Principle player in arranging for a booth for the Roger Clemens Foundation
and DebbieClemens.com during All-Star Game Fan Fest week.
Arranged for the donation of hundreds of baseball tickets to various
charities during both the regular season and All-Star Game activities.
Hosted Open House fundraiser for the Roger Clemens Foundation

in Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue along with her husband, Roger.
Was instrumental in organizing live auction prizes for the St. Francis
Episcopal Day School fund raiser.
Member of the Board of Directors of the Spring Branch Education Foundation
Participated in numerous charity golf tournaments representing the Roger
Clemens Foundation.
Arranged for the donations of sports memorabilia to various community
charities and schools for use in fund raising activities.
Designed the first ornament, Rocket Rocks, by Christopher Radko to mark
the 300Win/4,000K milestone reached by Roger. Proceeds from the ornament
are donated to the Roger Clemens Foundation for children’s charities.
Launched her website: www.debbieclemens.com with the intentions of helping
women achieve their goals of balance in family, fitness, fashion and
fun.
2002
Co-chairperson of “Playing with the Masters” at Carnegie
Hall benefiting the KIPP Academy and showcasing the KIPP String &
Rhythm Orchestra. The KIPP (Knowledge is Power Program) Academy is a
college preparatory public middle school that begins working proactively
with its students as they enter the fifth grade. KIPP’s mission
is to prepare students with the academic and character skills that are
necessary for success in high school, college and the competitive world
beyond.

Coordinated contributions of memorabilia to the Baseball for America
Auction hosted online by Sotheby’s benefiting the Twin Towers
Fund
Arranged the Foundation’s sponsorship of a cow for CowParade Houston
2001. “RocketMan Cow” was designed as a NY Yankee cow, complete
with pinstripes, and was autographed by the entire World Series Yankee
team. “RocketMan Cow” was chosen to be a lead cow in the
on line auction, the result of which ultimately raised $1.1 million
benefiting Texas Children’s Hospital and the Texas Children’s
Cancer Center.
1999
Hosted Morton’s Legendary Evening honoring Roger Clemens and benefiting
the Spring Branch Education Foundation, Paws with a Cause, The DePelchin
Children’s Center, Harris County Sheriff’s D.A.R.E. Program,
and Houston Hospice.
1998
Coordinated gathering auction items for the Battle of the Best Charity
Softball game which pitted the MLB Bombers (major league baseball players)
against the Houston Texans (a championship senior men’s softball
team). The game was held at Rice University’s Reckling Park and
included commemorative programs featuring the participants. The program
advertising revenues and the gate receipts were used to benefit Houston
children’s charities.
1997
Organized gathering items and hosted the “Spooky” Halloween
Festival & Silent Auction. Attendees were required to come in costume
and recognition was given for best costumes. Funds raised from the Festival
and Silent Auction benefited Houston’s children’s charities
and Texas Children’s Hospital.
1996
Created “A Confection Collection Christmas Desserts” Cookbook.
Gathered auction items and hosted the Second Annual Champagne &
Confections Silent Auction benefiting Houston children’s charities
and The Mission of Yahweh.
1995
Gathered auction items and host of the First Annual Champagne &
Confections Silent Auction benefiting Houston’s Star of Hope Women
& Family Center.

Hosted and participated in the Roger Clemens National Celebrity Golf

Drabek National Celebrity Golf Tournament and Gala benefiting Montgomery
County Youth Services.

Debbie and Roger Clemens form The Roger Clemens Foundation in order
to ensure that funds raised through golf tournaments, silent auctions
and other events would be properly distributed to the charities and
organizations that the Clemens’ have committed to support.
Organized and arranged The First Annual Roger Clemens – Doug Drabek
National Celebrity Golf Tournament and Gala benefiting The Limb Bank,
The Wheel Chair Program, The Sunshine Kids, Homeless Youth – Transitional
Living Program, Youth Counseling Program and The Straight Way Program.
Organized and arranged The First Annual Roger Clemens Baseball Camp
benefiting Cystic Fibrosis.
1987
through 1991
Debbie and Roger Clemens hosted the First annual Roger Clemens Celebrity
Golf Tournament benefiting Montgomery County Youth Services in 1987.
For the next four years, they continued the tradition with Debbie organizing
and arranging the tournament as it grew into a nationally recognized
tournament.

In addition to Debbie’s commitment to The Roger Clemens Foundation,
Debbie is a busy mom, an avid golfer, and of course, an Astros fan!
She continues to be most proud of her achievements in 1986, 1988, 1994
& 1996 – her four sons, Koby, Kory, Kacy & Kody.
