Avocado Kiwi Salsa

2 medium avocados

3 tablespoons fresh lime juice

2 kiwis peeled and cubed

Also good to add pink grapefruit or mangos

¼ cup red onion finely chopped

2 tablespoons red pepper

3 tablespoons cilantro, chopped

¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper

½ teaspoon salt

Freshly ground pepper to taste

Cube avocados and scoop into bowl; pour over lime juice and toss gently. Peel and cube the kiwis; add them to the avocados along with all remaining ingredients. Refrigerate till ready to use. Great on chicken or as a topper on fish.
